Neil will be buried on Sat July 28th at City Rd Woodland Cemetery, Worsley, Manchester, M28 1BD. The burial ceremony will begin at 2pm, please try to be there by 1.45pm.
We will be gathering to from 11.30am to remember Neil and to celebrate his life, in nearby Parr Fold Park, opposite Walkden train station, which is the nearest station for the cemetery.
At around 1.15pm will be moving off from the park for a funeral procession to the cemetery, about 20 minutes walk.
The first map below shows the route from Walkden Station and Parr Fold Park to the cemetery. Trains to Walkden are every half-hour on Saturday from Manchester Victoria Station, leaving at 29 and 57 minutes past each hour, journey time is about 20 minutes.
